The Poplar Bluff City Manager’s office has confirmed that trick-or-treating in Poplar Bluff will be held on Sunday, October 31st.

In addition, the annual Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center “Halloween Safe Zone” for children will be located at the Bess Activity Center on the Three Rivers Community College Campus from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 30th. Please visit the KWOC Website for more information about the Safe Zone.

If the kids make a nice haul, then they sould give 10% to the church.

If you do not want to have you children trick or treat on Sunday, keep them home. They can participate in the church and community activities provided on Saturday evening. If you do not want trick or treaters at your home on Sunday evening, turn out your porch light.

  3. CS Fouts

I don’t think that is right to trick or treating on Sunday. I don’t remember as a child ever going on a Sunday. If halloween fell on Sunday we would always go on Saturday. I think they should allow the people a vote on this. Instead of just a few people in the city manager’s office deciding for us.

Palace of Praise church of God will also be having their “Halloween Safe Zone” at Karen West on Saturday October 30th from 5-8.
