Poplar Bluff – On 10/10 at approximately 4:15 pm the Poplar Bluff Police Department received a shoplifting complaint from an employee at the Dollar General Store located in the 2300 block of Cheshire Blvd Poplar Bluff. 

According to the report, a white male concealed merchandise valued at $7.85 on his person; then left the store without paying for it. 

Still images taken from the surveillance video footage were attached to this email.
