UPDATE ON THE INVESTIGATION ON THE BODY FOUND AT COMBS LAKE. The Dunklin County Sheriffs’ office in their continuing investigation along with the Missouri Highway Patrol Division of Drug and Crime Control requested assistance from the Missouri Water Patrol with that request being to search the lake for a vehicle that was reported stolen out of West Memphis, Arkansas and was believed to be driven by Antonio Owens the individual whose body was found in the lake on 1/4/2017. A search of the lake boat dock area resulted in a 2016 Ford Focus, white in color being located in the lake. The vehicle was removed from the lake and is the vehicle that was reported stolen from West Memphis. The investigation into this incident is continuing with law enforcement awaiting autopsy results and a Toxicology report.
