On 12-13-14 at 9:53 pm Officers with the Poplar Bluff Police Department responded to the 800 block of Vine st in reference to a theft from a vehicle. Lilliana Hurst reported that a window was broken out of her vehicle, and the suspect(s) took her purse.
A credit card taken with the purse was used at Wal-Mart just before the theft was discovered.
Wal-Mart surveillance video footage captured a white female using the card to purchase a large flat panel television with the stolen credit card.
Anyone with information regarding the theft or the identity of the white female who used the stolen credit card is encouraged to contact Dective Colvin at the Poplar Bluff Police Department at 573-686-8036.
