On 08-03-14 at 9:07 pm Officers with the Poplar Bluff Police Department responded to the parking lot at Hastings (900 Block of North Westwood Blvd in Poplar Bluff) in reference to a robbery complaint.

A 17 year old female victim reported that she was riding in a vehicle with Terrance Fields (19 years old, of the 1300 block of North 10th st Poplar Bluff Missouri), Demetri Rodgers (19 years old, of the 1500 block of Dawn st in Fayetteville Arkansas), and Steven Moore (23 years old, of the 700 block of County Road 605 in Poplar Bluff Missouri).

Demetri Rodgers asked for her cell phone.  When she refused, he took it from her.  Steven Moore threatened her with a pistol; and he and Rodgers demanded money.  Terrance Fields pulled on to the lot at Hastings, and she fled from the vehicle and asked a bystander to call the police.

Demetri Rodgers and Terrance Fields were later taken into custody and transported to the police department.  At the time of this report, Steven Moore remained at large.

Demetri Rodgers was booked in on charges of Robbery 1st Degree, Armed Criminal Action, Unlawful use of a Weapon, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and Possession of a Controlled Substance; and he was lodged in the Butler County Jail.

Terrance Fields was booked in on charges of Robbery 1st Degree, Armed Criminal Action, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon.
