  • semo.net Civic League Team (8-10 yr old boys) won second place in the end of season tournament. To get to the championship game, the team had to get past Express Claims. During the season, Express Claims only lost one game and that was against semo.net. Knowing they were facing the number one seed in the tournament, semo.net took the field for a tough battle. The final inning started locked 7-7, semo.net scored 5 runs to take the lead (12-7) and the defense ended the game with a 5-3-5 throw-em-out-tag-em-out double play as Isaac Lasiter took a short-hop ball at third base, threw to first for the out and Kirby Coleman took the throw, tagged the base and threw right back
