• The Poplar Bluff Police Department has identified a person of interest in a number of recent thefts reported in the Poplar Bluff area. Austin Million is wanted for questioning in connection with the thefts of firearms from vehicles and the thefts of several All-Terrain-Vehicles (ATVs) from residences.   • CAPE GIRARDEAU – Kate Struttman joins the disaster services department in Cape Girardeau as the new program manager. In her new position, Kate will oversee disaster program services for 13 counties in Southeast Missouri and Southern Illinois. “I have been involved with the American Red Cross as a volunteer for years, and I am excited to continue to serve in a different capacity”, stated Struttman.
