  • Well at least that is what they hope. They have unveiled one of their top secret projects, now know as Surface, and from what it looks like in the site demo video's it is pretty cool. Basically Minority Report is being brought to a table top surface near you. The first place you’ll probably see Microsoft Surface is at one of its four inaugural retail partners, including T-Mobile USA, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and Harrah’s Entertainment. AT T-Mobile, for example, you will be able to place any of their phones on Surface. Using this service, you can: search for a local business by name or category. You can say "Giovanni's Pizzeria" or just "pizza". get connected to the business, free of charge. get the details by SMS if you’re using a mobile phone. Just say "text message". And it's free.
