Ste. Genevieve, Mo. – Furthering its mission to deliver affordable high-speed Internet service to underserved areas of Southeast Missouri, Big River Broadband will officially launch another tower in Ste. Genevieve County on Thursday, September 4th.  The tower is located off of State Highway O just west of  Highway 55. The Big River Bus will be open for 3 days in the parking lot of the Lake Forest community center. The Lake Forest community center is located at 13765 Lakewood Dr. Ste. Genevieve, MO. Labor Day means a lot of different things to different people. In the U.S., it's celebrated the first Monday in September. Officially, it is a celebration of the American Labor Movement. Three Rivers College will hold the first annual "Three Rivers Raider Rodeo" on October 2-4 at the Black River Coliseum in Poplar Bluff.  Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. each night, with the rodeo beginning at 7 p.m. Tickets will be $10 for adults and $7 for children ages 12 and under. "The Three Rivers Rodeo Team has been doing incredibly well at competitions around the country, and we felt like this was just the next step in the team's development," said Cale Emmett, coach of the Rodeo Team. Three Rivers will launch its 2014-2015 athletics season with its annual "Meet the Raiders Night" event on Monday, September 8 at 7:15 p.m. There will also be a meal sponsored by the Three Rivers Booster Club beginning at 6 p.m. Admission to the event is free, and a meal ticket is $5 for non-students.
