POPLAR BLUFF - The Poplar Bluff Police Department received information last week that Jerry Carr, Jr., reported missing in Caruthersville last month, was seen in South Poplar Bluff on Sept 3rd at 5:30 pm. According to a Carr family member, Jerry Carr was a passenger in a maroon 1990’s model Chevrolet regular cab pickup with a black stripe on the hood. Carr may be in the company of an older white male who goes by the name “Cajun;” and he may be frequenting a residence in the 1800 block of Indiana Ave in Poplar Bluff.
