  • CAPE GIRARDEAU – Kate Struttman joins the disaster services department in Cape Girardeau as the new program manager. In her new position, Kate will oversee disaster program services for 13 counties in Southeast Missouri and Southern Illinois. “I have been involved with the American Red Cross as a volunteer for years, and I am excited to continue to serve in a different capacity”, stated Struttman.
